Ahhhhhhhhh this one is really a special piece.... "An apple a day…" you know the rest. Just don't forget the peel! I just baked a Dutch Apple pie from scratch... My Grandma's (OMA as we call her in Dutch) recipe. She would have been so proud of me, since this was the best one I ever baked. Tomorrow I'm driving to Michigan (10 hrs, that's a lot for a Dutch girl!) since I'll have a 1 day Exhibit at a friends house. I'll tell you all about it when I'm back. You just hang in there Henry!
