Artist Reply: Jeanie, thanks so much. My mother is an absolute angelic woman. Always cheerful in the face of hardship at times. I am going to be close to her to give her some rest from the many things she is facing and my sister as well. Gardening and painting and finishing some work on her home. Get her fixed up on the east coast for a month of so and then head to the Gulf to do my projects. You are always so kind to hear from. Bless you, sweet woman. Michael

I lived there for the last 17 years and moved up to the mountains for a year to work and am going back in a few weeks to live on the Gulf Coast. Dear Michael, Great information on Dahlias that I never knew before. Such a striking photo and I love the subtle little curve of the white petal, in the middle. It is as if more love is ready to unfurl. True mother-child love is so precious. Thank you for today's gift to us all.......AO
