Does it look broken to you??? The trail comes to this bridge on the very end. However, it IS broken and the short part is way too steep and slippery to climb up on and sliiiide to the other part. So a short trail goes to the break and a well-placed rock makes it easier to get up on the bridge. Usually these are broken/crushed by another tree.... but here even the rail remains intact....a mystery of the woods.... :) The second shot is from the bridge, looking upstream. I love the sound of the water.... :)
