This is a pastel of two dogs which live at a nearby farm. The farmer commissioned me to do it for his wife for her birthday.

Artist Reply: They are an impressive advert for friendliness among dogs aren't they? Little Pepe is always kept warm and off the ground by his buddy Jazz. Thanks for the nice feedback - it was a joy doing this as a change from my normal portraits of people.
