Here is today's offering...scenes from around my city of Tampa. One of the best things about living here is the big sky. The land is relatively flat which gives way to an excellent view of the sky. Summertime comes with afternoon showers which creates great opportunity for cloud shots.

still finding my way through all of the really cool editing filters and features that can be applied to raw photos. I like the artistic aspect of manipulating light and colors to provide a mystical effect. right now i just feel like darkening everything down and accenting the focal points. here's some new stuff for your viewing pleasure.

I have been experimenting more with the post photo editing features. Here are a couple of examples of the type of manipulation that can be done with photos. I absolutely prefer the raw photos to the photo art, but this is a nice way to enhance the creative vision.

spent some time in the Hyde Park area of S. Tampa. Typical afternoon thunderstorm cut short my visit, but I was able to get a few shots.
