A CHILDS LIFE

Another Vintage Add, again I copy this from a Vintage add magazine, I have change it a little bit, the background was dark blue, and those blue splashes were green grass.

Not that I didn't like those colours, but I though that I should keep with my own theme.

My own theme was to paint six Vintage adds, all with the same colour background, so they could be tie together.

I forgot I also changed the little girls hair a bit.

FLAMINGO ART

Yes this is a copy, or I should say my own interpretation of an old vintage add, this painting is on canvas painted with acrylic paints and seal with a coat of mate acrylic varnish.

I believe vintage adds were a beautiful way of expressing Art, I know they were commission by someone and that the company who order this kind of adds were telling the artist what they wanted, but the artist had the ability to change it into a work of Art.

I love the vibrant colour they used, now in these days they look fade, but in those old days the colours were much alive. 

WEAVING WITH NEWSPAPER ROLLS

One of the things that I like the most is to experiment with everything, and here not that is my first time in making a newspaper basket because I have more baskets, but this one is pretty tall, it can be use as an Umbrella holder or something similar.
