Seen the patina and style I would say early XXth century, probably around 1930. 

Who is it depicting? Facial paralysis.
The Kokobuma sickness mask represent a hunter stricken with facial paralysis and is used during celebrations together with other masks from the mem tribe in Cameroon.
What is it used for? To dance during ceremonies and telling stories.
he strange nose and mouth, finely carved and with a good old patina, a fine line on the nose, half of the face is black, the other black and is expression quite strong emotions.
