The original oil painting is just over the size of a plywood sheet, approximately 9 feet by 5 feet and was given a gold award in Barbados' national visual arts exhibition circa 1990. It is a commemoration of the Ayitian (Haitian) struggle for justice and freedom.

This is a 48" X 24" GICLEE PRINT ON CANVAS. The original is 8 feet by 4 feet. When the inspiration came to create these paintings I pinned large canvases on 8 x 4 plywood sheets and and let the vision flow. Most people are not able to house such large paintings so now we have the ability to reproduce them in limited edition in smaller sizes.
