Pencil, 11" x 14" © J.M.Garfinkle I started this two months ago as an extension of my piece THE NEW FISH, it's the left side of a triptych. Originally, I worked on it for a day or two and put it away because I didn't like the direction it was going. Then for some reason I took it out Friday and decided to finish it. While it's a difficult piece to expose for many reasons, I felt it should be. Thanks for looking, ~Jay

Pencil, 22" x 14" © J.M.Garfinkle I drew the right side, then sent it to myself covered with only a strip showing and then completed the left side...jk The left half, ABYSMAL MALAISE is a separate drawing actually. The first panel of a triptych. Some of you get it. I wanted it to be able to stand on it's own, and it surprised me by surpassing my expectations by working either way. I may work on a singular title, after the third panel is finished. You may notice, if you've seen the first upload of the left side, I've changed some things too.
