We are having a really hot summer here in Germany, with temperatures averaging 35°C. I'm not quite sure how I would approach this topic today, but maybe some of you will be inspired by this line from Porgy and Bess. I uploaded a painting with this title to my portfolio recently, but I'll post it again! Have fun!

How about a topic of "The old and the new". The options are endless... a child's hands with the grandmother's hands on a piano keyboard; a rotting log with a baby tree growing from it; a vintage car newly refurbished, etc.
