Hi, Bianca!

Just my thoughts: Most of the people on here cannot afford a macro lense which is simply a closeup lense.

Some of us use lenses attached to our regular lense which takes us up in steps. I have a +1, +2, +4. Put them all together and I can magnify +7.

Hello Friends.... KC Chang I am sorry BUT no replacements !!SO SORRY...By seeing so many beautiful images many would like to replace with better ones at almost the end will not be fair to others...:)The only images will be allowed to replace is if you uploaded by mistake other then flowers or insects...the way it happen to Gary Glass he didnt see in original posts....If you already uploaded proper photo it would have to be IT....:) I will give you chance again by running another contest after this..:)

I am aware of that.....This is SPECIFICALY MACRO contest and not CLOSE UP....and will be judged as that while VOTING.....I will give opportunnity to others who can not afford macro lenses later different subjects...ONLY macro shots will be considered while VOTING others will be disqualified...sorry about that....:)But in the future i will run several of these and everyone will have a chance...:)I will keep in mind this and will give opportunity to others in next contest

I won't be posting a replacement for my wrong/incorrect topic image. the only one I have at the moment on my hard dive that would qualify is a praying mantis and there was one submitted earlier by Dean that was a nice one and I don't want to take away from that one... Thanks anyway.. Good Luck to the winners...

GOODMORNING WORLD.......

Time is getting closer and those that are excited getting excited even more...I am excited to see who the winner will be and what are the choices....by specilizing in MACRO PHOTOGRAPHY and innitial investement in macro lenses and love for macro photography inspired me to start this contest...

Keep in mind you all are winners.....by making effort to be part of this ...and lets hope we have more of these in the future....
