Wow, the japanese manhole cover is so unique and beautiful. My french one are really mediocre and today it's a very stormy weather, impossible to take a shot. Perhaps one day I'll find the "treasure". LOL

Wow, Minerva, thanks so very much! I am a little disappointed that the Los Angeles manhole cover is "made in India" but that is certainly the direction of manufacturing in the United States and now, we import our art as well!!! It is interesting the "art" we never "see" but that is all around us, that we step on or drive over everyday! Love the New Orleans cover and really love the artistic manipulations of these covers from around the world. I enjoy the fact that we are working on this project together! Keep 'em coming!
