Original Post: no knowledge base?

It seems like when I have a question, the only way to get an answer is to submit a ticket. But every day, I have new questions!

How do I edit or delete an album name?

Why isn't there a page where we can edit/delete albums and album entries in one place?

Why can't we upload images in bulk, or at least in small multiples, to save time?

I can never seem to find my way around the manage profiles area. The tabs really aren't enough.

Why can't I share images to my personal FB page? I don't have a separate FB page for my art.

Why do I have to upload images to make a calendar? I'd like to use images already in my portfolio.

SO many questions, and these are just a few off the top of my head.
