Father Damien on Molokai (2010)

Father Damien ended his life among the leper on Molokai, Hawaii. Due to his close proximity, he contracted the disease and died from it among his grateful parishioners. His voyage from Tremeloo, Belgium to Molokai is one of selfless devotion, regardless of the price. His refused to leave the island and died there. He was eventually canonized. In his hands he holds the coquelicots from the fields of his native Flanders.
