this is an image of the sunset across tañon strait from sta. filomena, alegria, cebu, philippines on october 2 2008. it was derived from an original photograph shot by the artist. processing involved the use of the shear distortion filter in five levels. the image also underwent the crosshatch and angled strokes filters and was texturized in fine sandstone. the artist recommends that prints for this image should not be larger than 20" x 15".
