I think it's a Macaroni penguin but he's certainly the Emperor of the Macaroni! Great capture.
Artist Reply: Haha, yes John, I do realize this. It was really a title by circumstance. This Macaroni penguin was towering over all the others with such an attitude. He just seemed like the "emperor" to me
