Domino's Rebellion

When your system is in low Sec space, and your your leaders and representatives are corrupt. The seat of your Republic is billions of miles away, you have little or no voice. When men women and children start vanishing, and the local government seems unable or unwilling to help, there is little you can do. But for Major Domino Requiem of the Republic Militia and his wife Irendor, who's daughter was one of those missing, the answer was simple. Hold a rebellion and invite all interested parties.
