We are looking at the interior of an American diner. Behind the counter, next to a cabinet displaying their offering of deserts, a waitress is wiping down the counter. A couple is seated at a booth having a conversation while another couple stands outside the door reading the menu. Outside, across the street we can see a hardware store with shiny new tools prominently displayed in the window.
