DELIGHTFUL work and a pic of the day worthy! These angels would do great on ceilings... Man you're so talented. ---It's very symbolic to me. The angels represent goodness, protection, and the heavenly realm. But they're floating, tumbling. Carl Jung's idea was that in a flying dream we are expressing our desire to break free of restrictions and limitations. We have a desire to be free and above all difficulties! Wow... What I like the most on this painting is, they are really floating! Not painted on a sky, but drifting in the air. It's very beautiful, I love the addition of the pigeon.

Artist Reply: Thank you Anneke! What wonderful comments on Davids angels- I love this painting, reminds me of the masters of Rennaissance- the baby angels floating in the air. I think its a dove though, but it is painted a greyish blue color so it does look like a pigeon kind of :) Cathy J.
