Katie lived in this house with her Mom & Dad but sadly her Dad passed away from cancer. Several years after his death Katie's Mom decided it was time to move on and sold the house, moving to a neighboring town. When Katie graduated from high school, a year ago, I painted the house she knew from her childhood where she had last lived with her Mom and Dad and gave it to her as a graduation present. I have been a friend of the family for many years and my daughter, Megan, has known Katie since they started preschool together at the age of 4.
