Sweet Autumn Rain

The inspiration for Sweet Autumn Rain stems from my dislike of hot weather actually...I LOVE the season of autumn and can never wait for it's arrival, signaling the long hot days of summer are finally past. I painted this piece during a heat wave in May, projecting past summer into late October.
