A great leader will scout out the numbers of the enemy, find weaknesses, and alwayys send strength against those weaknesses. So even the appearance of weakness may invite an attack. But the woorst weaknesses are those you do not see in yourself but unscrupulous individuals or natiions do,...and then your vulnerable. Thank God for His protection.
