Cliff Detail - Minami Dake

This view looks at the details of the cliffs of Minami Dake (Mt. Minami) in the North Alps of Japan at sunrise. The zoomed up version is actually the full view of the same scene. I wanted to zoom in to capture the cliffs details originally but the zoom on my digital didn't have the ability. A film version captured what I wanted. Part of Project: Sanmyaku

Artist Reply: Thanks for your comments. Looking at this image again, I wish the digital shot had more clarity. I used a film camera for the same composition and it was mountaed on a tripod. That image is much sharper.
