Bread for Breakfast

It is well known in France that Poilane bread is the best you can buy in Paris. The Poilane bakery has more than 70 years of excellence in making real French bread and it sells 15,000 loaves of bread daily. You will know the bread is Poilane by the "P" etched in to the top of their "rounds". During the Rugby world cup 2007 held in Paris, Poilane’s master bakers have created the Bread Rugby Ball: a soft crust bread in the shape and size of the World Cup’s official Rugby Ball. The photos were taken in Paris on October 10, 2007.
