Sand Castles

On the beach, children and adults play at their will around a handful of sand. They buil walls and towers, bridges and tunnels, aiming to defy the sea and enter its territury. Shovels and pails give colour to the frantic and urgent construction work, while, in the coming of the waves, the sea tries to erase from its margin the engagement and the dream of each child.
