16 x 48 Acrylic on canvas. Limited Edition Giclee on canvas is Available. This painting has a heavy underpainting of white pearl and interference metallic paints under the transparent colors I use for the Koi. It still does not rival the sparkle of the real thing, but has a subtle and deep metallic effect. The background is Copper bronze and brass metal powders with natural patinas of green , Verde gris, and aqua. Limited Edition prints of this image are available on canvas.
