Archetypal Fictions

Archetypal Fictions is my first named digital from a recent series developed from symetry manipulations. In the original hand drawing I created orchestrated obliteration. Then with the power of symetry, false archetypal-like modes bekon my mind to label the visual experience/s of which my imaginative mind may not be able to do. The mind map maze of lines or wires encounter this envisioning process while traveling through subconscious association processes. I think not so much as a "royal road to the subconscious mind but as a royal road through the subconscious mind. May the goal be that we release all mental stagnatation and let go to give in to no answer and get thoughtless, to forget and then remember...setting free a psychological process and event. If the mind cannot define its perception relative to objective visuals then it must dig deeper and may even provide a touchstone to an unfelled awareness as if many viewers rise above in the mental apprise. Like illuison to transcend illusion. ~Greg

Outstanding image paired with your wonderful commentary. I love this new direction using your original hand drawing. Considering wars and the global crisis we confront, people need to dig deeper to become aware of their limitations while they massively deny the serious damage done to our planet and those innocent souls who die for misdirected and destructive actions. Obama leads us the the truth after eight years of lies and deceit of the Bush administration. Outstanding message for all to know and as you said rise above and transcend illusion. My pic of the day!!
