Rather fun drawing. The background took me forever. I did it in open canvas and tried to create it the same way I would an oil painting. So it was interesting to fuss with. The lineart was created last semester when I was taking archery lessons. I took the opportunity before class one day to watch one of the advance students and used her as a reference. Believe it or not you are suppose to hold and fire a bow from that position so that you can line up the line with your chin and nose, it improves your accuracy. Besides how to fire a bow in that class I discovered what string slap is and why one should always wear an arm guard. >.<

Great use of colour, pose is a lil' stiff but it's an awkward one to do :) Nice job
