Bugatti Type 41 Royale

In 1931, chassis number 41111 was originally fitted with a roadster body designed by Jean Bugatti. In 1938, it was rebodied as a Coupe de Ville by builder Henri Binder. The elephant mascot was sculpted by Rembrandt Bugatti. One of six Royales, it weighs approximately three and one half tons. Power is provided by a 788.7 cubic inch straight eight engine that produced an estimated 300bhp.
