(c)2006 If smog were as easy to eliminate as this cartoon will suggest, there would be no more smog. Why not put a filter between the cooling fan and the engine. It would work like a giant roll of film,...every month it would roll from one side to the other a clean filter surface. They could be made recyclable very easily. So, essentially, every car and truck on the road would become a mini smog vaccume cleaner! Cool huh? :O)
