Going Nowhere

The essence of Serenity. The dead-calm waters of the Pamlico Sound, a flock of Canadian Geese lazing in the background, and a dock that invites you to sit down and dangle your feet over the water, combine to create a scene that evokes a feeling of calm. Pick up a book, lie down in a hammock, and think about having nowhere to go. Black & white photo. Taken November 2004.

It's very pretty in black and white. I love the lines and angles, and the reflections (I'm a big reflections person). Nice work!
