" Blue #2 , Mediterranean " a contemporary color field painting by joseph piccillo is a 30 x 30 acrylic palette knife painting on museum stretched canvas. My study of color continues with this blue painting inspired by the 22 years i spent my summers in Sicily. I find the cool blue colors both intense and calming.
