Elton's OFFICIAL ARTIST'S GREEN CARD //(C) 2020 Elton Houck...===================================================this is a touch of humor, or at least a bit of satire, Can you imagine a society where artists fell in line with everyone else and obeyed all the rules and drew only inside the lines. The rule of order would require that all artists follow the directives of the ruling dictatorial sub-committee on art and propaganda....sounds familiar COMRADE???
