Believe it or eat dirt,..that is a real truism --the Bird Movie was made on a budget of twenty -seven dollars and thirty cents, The profit margin potential was so high on the Bird film that the Hollywood big shots were in the process of buying new Bentleys, and refuberishing their mansions when tragedy struck.. It seens the two main character birds in the movie Birdboy Bob and Hawk-eye Hank got ino a squabble over a bucket of birdseed and feathers flew..The battle was an unsightly affair that left everyone in tears...oh, the birds were not hurt, but the combatants accidently pecked to dust the master copy of the film...so the rest is history--Hollywood reluctantly had to release their back up movie instad of the great bird masterpiece...War of the Worlds made its niche in film lore and the Bird flick was lost in the shadows of forgotten history...so sad...so sad...
