Something has definitely been scooped out and is now near the curb in the compost container. Don't you hate it when you have this sudden feeling/realization that something has been removed or is not longer accessible? This is a roughly 6 by 4 inches gel pen drawing on medium bond acid-free paper and another vacuous example of Original Jones Art who awaits the sound of the trucks in northwest Austin, Texas.
