This drawing blends two ways of looking at the word 'content.' There's the content or contents of a case or trunk and there's another where one is satisfied, happy or contented. And old Chinese proverb says 'He who is contented is rich.' Well, it's a paraphrase. Who of us is really satisfied with things as they stand or lie? This is a 6.75 by 8.5 inches gel pen drawing on medium bond acid-free paper and another uncowed example of Original Jones Art as he pokes his thumb into the pie hole of reality to pull inedible plums here in the misty realm of Austin, Texas.

..and in the end of days....a loaf of bread will buy a bag of gold----the times they are a-changing.....and one cannot forget those emortal wolrds...."Pussycat, Pussycat, where have you been....I've been to London to see the Queen,"....And that brings one to Jack London's White Fang....and so it goes and so it goes ( a muted philosophy dotage from "Breakfast of Champions"...which brinngs us back to Queen and WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS OF THE WORLD......enough said....but alas I must end this diatribe with words from Hamlet--OUT DAMN SPOT!
