Even though I feel that it is of the utmost importance to rely on faith and prayers to help people navigate through life's many challenges and disappointments, we also need one another to lean on for consolation to face loss, emotional and physical suffering, and the inevitable disappointments in life. One of my favorite songs is 'People' - especially sung by Barbra Streisand. I used the Paint program on my computer to create this artwork showing the hands of two people engaged in the act of consolation.
