Bokrijk - 1

Old houses and building-styles disappear. To preserve those old styles, since the end of the fifties, the open-air museum of Bokrijk tries to save typical country- buildings by placing them on a museum site. The houses are carefully broken dawn and rebuilded and completely restored on the museum-site. Even original furnishings are foreseen. In the high season the houses are populated by adequate dressed people. Image size: 260 x 360 mm
