This developed from a small napkin drawing to illustrate that even birds, at times, need a loophole. This is a 20 by 16 inch acrylic painting on gallery-wrapped canvas. Original Jones Art from Austin, Texas. This painting was bought in late 2019 for a Christmas present. I hope Chris is enjoying it in or around San Antonio. :)

It reminds me of one of those wooden birds that drink from a glass until the water is out of reach.

What I see in this one is, and I may be way off. The hole represents someone that's holy. The mouth shows that they will speak messages. Those messages will set someone free, and like a bird they'll soar.*HUGS*
