One of London's favourite iconic landmark buildings created in abstract style.. I painted this work using a mixture of techniques including stenciling and splash art in neutral grey tones. Painted, appropriately, onto the pages of a hymn book which have been mounted onto 2mm deep mountboard. The fusion of strong black lines set against the fragility of the printed page overlaid with abstract paint strokes creates an interesting depth to this work. I used ink & acrylic mediums to create this powerful image. An outstanding painting which will turn heads once framed and on your wall, perfect for those who like me love London.
