A variation on an old nursery rhyme, I think and based on a small sketch from the magnetic sketchpad. This is a 18 by 14 inch acrylic painting on gallery-wrapped canvas and another example of Original Jones Art.

A literary springboard from Dr. Seuess....cat in the hat....bird in the boot.....Nice one ...and for some unexplainable reason I associate with this guy....maybe cause i am wearing boots in the snow...but not gray....or possibly my hair is now the color of his plume....ah sweet mysteries of life.....Heloisa Castro 11 Nov 2014
