Strawberry Shortcake, 36 x 36, oil on linen This is my belated Annual Strawberry Painting. I began this painting 2 months ago but put it aside several times due to other obligations. I must say that the strawberries were the easiest part of the painting to complete. The whipped cream with all its ebb and flow and the biscuit with its nooks and crannies were time consuming to get Just Right.
