I've mentioned my new work area, so I thought I'd give you a glimpse into it. Uh, I won't be having many dinner parties over at the house, I think. That's my dining room table. :) So here's Original Jones Art entertaining less and less in northwest Austin, Texas.

GUESS I COMMENT BEFORE. LOL

Artist Reply: I don't think there's any penalty for a double or even triple dose of commenting, Joanie. The space has evolved quite a bit since then, BTW. Hope all is well. :)

IT'S GOOD TO SEE I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH SUCH A MESS IN MY ART ROOM.

OMG! Your area is as messy as mine! Theres just not enough space to create!!!! love it :)

Artist Reply: Believe it or not, Cathy, it's a distinct improvement over the mess I had in the bedroom. I literally could not walk safely to the door. :) In the old days I painted in acrylic only---now I have a bit of everything in a small space. Under that mess is a nice walnut dining table. Ha.

TERRIFIC CHARLES.. SO GOOD TO SEE SOME ONE IS A "MESSY" AS ME !!! WE NEED OUR OWN "SPACE".... JOANIE

Artist Reply: Well, if I put it all away nice and neat, Joanie, the time it takes digging out what I want to use from storage sometimes blows out the creative spark. Thanks so much for commenting. :)

This is Great, Charles!!!!!!!!!!!! I can certainly relate to this work Area! Thank You for this glimpse of behind the Scenes of a Fantastic Artist!!!!!!!!!! Cheers!!!!!!!!!!!!

Artist Reply: Thanks, Chris! Well, it beats the bedroom though I'm still transitioning: I'm SO used to having something streaming on the TV that I have difficulty focussing on my work without the background noise. I may need to add a boob-tube to the mix. :)
