This is my favorite place in Calistoga to paint. There are paintings waiting to happen everywhere you turn. I thought this farm had everything: perfect light, old trucks and water tanks, mountains, grapevines, and spring grasses, plus a few barns in the background. It encompasses 100 acres and is occupied by many family members in various houses, and was purchased in the 1950's by the grandfather of the family. Copyright 2013.
