Mockingbird?

I'm not quite sure that this is a mockingbird because of how yellow his chin, chest and underside look in the first picture. The yellow doesn't show in the second photo. What do you think?

Looks like a mocking bird to me, it is the state bird down here in Florida. As for the yellow under the chin if you look at how the feathers are under the beak it looks to me like he got into something. Knowing how they are it is not hard to believe that he did. The wings look like the mocking birds down here.
