I have wanted to finish this piece for some time -- but kept putting it off for fear of "messing it up" to the point where I realize it's been waiting for paint for about a year. LOL This is my version of my daughter and a follow up to Brianna's Sunflowers. Brianna's Sunflowers was an interpretation of her at eleven/twelve years old. Brianna's Dragonflies is Brianna at fifteen/sixteen. Bri has dyed her hair multiple colours, but my favourite was the bright pink, so I chose to go with that colour. This is a watercolour, ink and colour pencil and 7" x 9".
