Keeper of The Royal Academy Schools and Sir Hugh Casson then President of the RA gave me access to photograph all of the state rooms at The Royal Academy for the sole purpose of using the photos to give lectures with. I am taking this opportunity of doing so now through the Internet. My purpose is, as a former student of the Schools, is to do two things: One, encourage young artists to become inspired to attend these Schools.
