The Yellow Truck & sky

Yeah, this is the Yellow Truck that takes me on most of m’ treks – don’t know how it stays together what with driving everything from town, hi-way and off-road – it’s a good one – think I’ll keep it – - – After covering 0ver ninety miles off-road in 115 degree heat the air-conditioner began to blow hot, wet air out on us – we decided we were in a likely spot to pitch camp for the night. The old Nissan gave her best impression of an old Stanley Steamer in the last hour of light before sunset – that’s when I decided the old bus deserved a nice portrait – here it is – BTW, next morning we were off again, made it to a gravel paved road with the only thing between us and our destination a bit of barbed wire on an old dried post – well, that and another 150 miles ~:0)

Artist Reply: Thanks Alessandra - I wondered what ya call it - I've always just referred to it as The Yellow Truck - Ha! You can follow m' adventures as I continue to post my photographs of m' travels in The Yellow Truck at my site vivachas dotcom - I'm teaching some of m' art classes to promote themselves via that vehicle - hope it does them some good ~:0)
