Soooo beautiful..... I love nature's color palette which you captured so wonderfully in this photograp, Don! Applause! -Love and Light, Olga

Artist Reply: Thank you, Olga. This is an 18th Century plantation in Virginia, old by U.S. standards, quite young by European. It is a photographer's toy box.

Very beautiful, Don! I just commented on my friend, Sharon's painting of your beautiful Autumn Vista, Virginia. I'm very curious about your Virginia photos, as my husband and I have a vacation home with acreage deep in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia.

Artist Reply: Thank you, Shannon! My wife and I lived 10 yrs+ in Virginia (our two kids were born there) and it's one of our favorite destinations. Many, many memories. As you well know, it's full of history and, for sure, photo opps. I certainly do envy your Blue Ridge getaway site.

WOW WITH THAT BLUE SKY & WHITE CLOUDS, AMAZING RED BUSH, GREEN GREEN GRASS AND DARK GREEN IN THE EVER GREENS, THE FALL TREE ON FAR LEFT CALMING THE OTHER COLORS AND ARTISTIC BRICK OF OLDER AND NEWER, A GORGEOUS TO THE SENSES PLACE AND PHOTO, DON.

Artist Reply: Thank you, Sharon! I was so taken by this riot of colors (that you describe so well) and could barely wait to fire up my Nikon.
