This is an old windmill that is currently located on a hill above the valley of the Woluwe in Brussels, Belgium. It is adjacent to the campus of the medical school and hospital of the Catholic U. of Louvain. I did several sketches and paintings. This one is a bit unsettling following a bad experience with a private detective at the Mall in Woluwe. We were followed as suspicious characters. It was unnerving and gave me and my wife a bad impression of our return visit to my wife's native land.
